BEING ALONE

Well, it was drizzling constantly in Mysore since many days. The rain in Mysore is not that heavy as it is in Mangalore. But I could not even go out that day as it was quite heavy downpour for a change. I was sitting alone in my room and it was the most boring moment of life than our class even! Yeah, being alone is really the most tiresome stage of life as I believe.

We stepped into this vast universe alone, some or the other day we have to return lonely! Strange but true! In spite of these, the journey between these two stages is not travelled single handedly. In our childhood we were mostly dependent on our parents for every requirement. This cannot be the same as we grow older. Being alone is a part of our every move.

But many creative things run in mind when we are alone just like this blog post! Most of the great poets and writers got innovative ideas and gifted the world priceless bunch of words when they were sitting alone forgetting everything else. The creativity and the real managing tactics come in use when there is no one around to fool us. Even in our puraanas, many of the saints were doing penance solely in order to get god’s boon.

When we are down with some anxiety or sadness and when someone comes and tries to console us with unnatural tone, the only thing which will be running in our mind is “Leave Me Alone”. The power of defending ourselves won’t come if we always depend on somebody else for each and every work. It will be a nice experience to watch movies like “one missed call” solely. We can have the real feeling then! Also being a student, we cannot depend directly on others during exams!!There is a possibility that as a human being, we may get many destructive ideas when there is nobody around. But all of the biggest terrorists could not do their work lonely!!

Last Word: It’s not a curse to have nobody’s company sometimes. It does not mean that we are single forever. But when life puts us into such situations we have to tackle it wisely and make it simple!
